content type w/ charset patch

Alex Milowski-2
I've submitted a patch for a bug I just found where you can't
send a POST with the content type having a charset attribute.

For example,

   text/xml; charset=UTF-8

is not being recognized as XML.

Here's the patch:

RCS file: /cvsroot/exist/eXist-1.0/src/org/exist/http/,v
retrieving revision 1.40
diff -r1.40
>             int semicolon = contentType.indexOf(';');
>             if (semicolon>0) {
>                contentType = contentType.substring(0,semicolon);
>             }

The request ID is #1338988

I've tested the patch and was able to make my application work again.

The latest snapshot looks pretty good! :)
