eXide 2.3.2 released

Joe Wicentowski
Hi all,

Just a heads up that eXide 2.3.2 has been released:

This is a minor release to allow compatibility with the forthcoming
eXist 3.1.  Dannes noticed that eXide's dependency declarations
limited it to eXist 3.0.x.  So once eXist 3.1 is released, eXide will
be ready for it.

If you're using eXist 3.0, which shipped with the eXide 2.2 (released
July 2016), and haven't already upgraded to the eXide 2.3 series
(released January 2017), I'd recommend doing so.  It contains several
important bug fixes and new features, including:

- A new adaptive and JSON output options for query results - see
- A new way to control the highlighting of index hits - see
- Several fixes to function doc lookup - see

Of course, the easiest way to upgrade eXide is via eXist's Dashboard >
Package Manager.
